RDG Woodwinds is proud to offer you an amazing selection of the highest quality oboes available on the market.

Our founder, Mr. Robert D. Gilbert, built his business on the principles of exceptional merchandise quality and outstanding customer service. Today, we carry on this tradition with our diverse catalog of fine oboes for sale and our friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our oboes are set up and adjusted by our repair staff before they leave our store so that you are always getting your new oboe in the best possible condition. Our entire team of RDG employees are professional musicians who perform and teach regularly in the Los Angeles area, so we are able to help assess your needs and find the instrument that is just right for you.

All new oboes from RDG Woodwinds come with two types of warranties: a service warranty offered directly by us and a warranty offered by the manufacturer. Our own service warranty covers all types of regular instrument maintenance, including crack repair, for the first two years after you purchase the instrument. We have repair associates around the country who can also do your warranty maintenance work if this is more convenient than bringing or shipping your instrument to our Los Angeles location. The manufacturer's warranty varies in length by manufacturer, and covers instrument defects and larger-scale repair problems. Please contact us for more specific details about our warranty policy.

We invite you to try two of our fine oboes, risk free, for five days. This will give you a chance to test the instruments where you regularly play, teach, or perform so that you can feel comfortable with your final purchase decision. Please consult our trial policy to learn more about this option.
